There are two version of this program. One runs completely in a browser. The other is a downloaded and executed program. I would have to load the program for you on a school computer. You would need a computer with a webcam, such as a laptop or a desktop with a USB webcam/mic. Or you can load it on your home computer.
The teacher would want the desktop version because it has a few more control features. The kids can use the web version to join or watch later.
The biggest advantage of Webex is that it records your meeting and gives you a shareable link.
As of right now, Google Hangouts Meet does not have a recording option.
