Sterling Tech LLC is currently working with smaller private schools and offices.

The following services are currently offered to all clients under a memorandum of agreement.

• Hybrid Support: Guaranteed onsite weekly hours plus remoted support and onsite support for emergencies or preplanned needs.
• Consultation: Working with system admins and cyber security analysts to make sure the network plays its role in the functionality and compliance of the organization.   Working with organization admins to plan and budget current and future network needs and requirements.
• Managed Network Support: Planning, ordering, configuring, maintaining, and transitioning for routers, switched, wifi access points, network controllers, and internal wiring connections.  All hardware, software, and subscriptions associated with these devices.
